The International Markets Regional Executive is a newly created position providing full support to the IM Regional Manager who is responsible for achieving our highly ambitious growth targets in North America. In this role you will be accountable for the management of all key operational processes and support across multiple business functions as well as supporting the Regional Manager with npd campaigns, store activations, promotions, ecommerce and attending trade shows.
Specific responsibilities include:-
Operational
· Day to day operational responsibility for the North America’s region.
· Forecasting (planning, reviewing and inputting) working closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure good stock management and control, including end-of-life stock items.
· Working with supply chain & demand planning to manage production requirements in line with sales & promotional forecasts.
· Planning and executing successful NPD launches with post-launch evaluation.
· Managing stock & sales reporting, providing regular updates to North American Regional Manager.
Reporting
· Reporting performance against budget, targets and forecast providing variance analysis.
· Assisting in preparation of customer specific analysis & reporting.
· Presenting periodically to wider Ecotone stakeholders on the status of the North American region.
Sales & Marketing
· Planning, recording and evaluation of promotional activity, supporting Marketing Manager as required.
· Support Marketing Manager with planning and managing in-store activations with key retail accounts.
· Working alongside Global E-commerce team to ensure excellent execution on our Amazon store.
· Managing sample process delivering requirements to new & existing in-market partners.
· Creating sell sheets to support in-market teams.
· Attending trade shows and exhibitions as required.
Previous experience as an Account Manager (UK market or international), Project Manager or Supply Chain Manager could all suit this role.
