D GRANDE- launched during lock down and going from strength to strength!
We're looking for a strong front of house supervisor who is driven to help us ensure every guest gets the high standard of service and high quality of food we're staking our growth on. Responsibilities will include leading service and open / closing the business, and we're keen to take on someone who is looking to develop and progress into a key part of the management team.
Our absolute dream candidate for this role:
- minimum 1 year experience in a full service restaurant in a similar role
- confidence to lead a buzzing atmosphere while maintaining high levels of service
- absolute guest focus, able to make a table's night!
- decent bar skills or keen to develop in this area
- a knack for leading a team
- wide set of skills and able to turn a hand to a number of aspects of the job
The growth plan for the company is strong, and with the initial success we've seen so far we want someone that is keen to have a real impact on a growing business.
Our head honcho is from Dallas, and on moving to London was disappointed to not be able to find the authentic Tex-Mex he enjoyed in Texas - and while there might be easier ways to get a craving fix - here we are!
Think fajitas, queso and LOTS of margaritas.
We're 100% believers that we're only as good as our team, and we're building a posse of like-minded, hardworking folk to get some delicious food into the hands of our guests.
We could talk about staff meals, commitment to work life balance, industry leading sick policy, mental health support program etc - but really what's important is that we're striving to create a culture where you feel valued for your hard work, and that you can trust us to help you develop your career. We expect a lot of ourselves, and of you, but if you're the right person you'll thrive in the busy and service focused atmosphere we're building.
We think it's an exciting time to join the team and get an opportunity to have a real impact of the way things progress. The right person for this role can see themselves with us for a long time, developing their role as we go.
