Avalon Aero Technical Services (AATS) is a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) providing airworthiness and technical records management support to numerous aircraft around the world. Since our formation in 2009 we have been active in managing a significant and varied fleet of aircraft. We offer the opportunity to be involved in the airworthiness management of an incredibly diverse portfolio of aircraft.

Our company continues to grow, and we are currently looking to recruit Full or Part-time Data Entry/Technical Records Officers to join the team at our Westerham office. The successful candidates will assist our engineers with the day-to-day management of our fleet of aircraft. No previous experience is necessary, but we are looking for enthusiastic and diligent people.

Duties will include:

• Entry of aircraft flight and maintenance data onto the controlling software system.
• Auditing and administration management of incoming aircraft maintenance documentation to ensure timely receipt and distribution.
• Assisting with the compilation of aircraft reports and the updating of aircraft records.
• Archiving of aircraft documentation.
• Assistance with the production and proof reading of maintenance documentation.

Suitable training will be given for all the elements listed above. Having a passion for, and an interest in, aviation would be a distinct advantage.

Essential requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical approach to their work.
• Computer literate in the use of Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Must already have the right to work in the UK.
