Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Watford

Employment Type: Full-Time (Summer Intern Availability)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer orders and processing payments.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Summer intern availability is optional and all candidates must be authorised to work in the UK.
